Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Data & Insights Democratization: Help centralize quantitative and qualitative data. You’ll assist in gather data and generate insights to ensure product helping business and find room of improvement of product
- Process Optimization: Identify "friction points" in our current product lifecycle. Whether it’s streamlining how we see user using our product friction or improving our product enablement process to make it more scalable
- Tools & Governance: Manage and configurable product configuration to ensure all business initiatives can work using existing product
- The Feedback Loop: Work to bridge the gap between Customer Success, BD, Marketing and Product by synthesizing market signals into actionable themes.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Basic data handling ability
- Organized and process-oriented mindset
Nice-to-Have:
- Interest in Product Management / Operations
- Basic analytical thinking
