We’re on the lookout for a Product Marketing Supervisor to join our Marketing Team. This role will be instrumental in driving adoption and growth of the products/ services through a scalable product marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the growth of product/ service adoption and retention.
- Maintain up to date competitor profiles, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and regulatory developments.
- Design the campaign calendar and channel orchestration that resonates with customers' dynamic needs and fluid business priorities.
- Take full ownership of the GTM plan for new products/ services: from strategy, timelines, execution, to evaluation, including communication strategy, creative brief, asset development supervision, to campaign execution and consecutive evaluation.
- Evaluate marketing campaign outcomes and deliver actionable insights to enhance future performance.
- Customer Insights & Segmentation: Support Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives, develop detailed customer personas, and segment target markets for more effective targeting.
- Data Reporting: Design and manage dashboards and performance reports to support decision-making across Sales, Product, and Executive teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or related field with minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Have at least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in product marketing, growth, or business development. Having experience in the healthcare industry is a plus point.
- High proficiency of data analysis and work via analytical tools, such as Google Dashboard (GDS), Tableau, Excel and Google Workspace environment and able to operate pivot and macro on number crunching tools.
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategy, especially to determine the effective product mix and channel marketing mix.
- Own a solid data analytical and problem-solving skill, comfortable to work on numbers and marketing analytics, and have experience in translating complex data findings into clear insights, with a knack of storytelling.
- Showcase a proven record of developing product-market-fit with customer centricity mindset.
- A mature and self-driven person, embracing challenges, and perseverance to failures.
- Excellent communication, passion and dedication to get things done.
- Multitasking, self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects by clearly prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively.
