- Execute market research to map market segments, identify target market needs, and monitor emerging trends, ensuring accurate and relevant data for strategic decisions.
- Analyze research results to contribute to 360° marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Create detailed campaign briefs to guide creative teams and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Assist in developing product marketing strategies aligned with the brand identity and product lifecycle, focusing on impactful execution under managerial guidance.
- Build strategic partnerships with internal and external partners to effectively deliver value to customers.
- Plan and manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility, attract leads, and drive customer growth.
- Stay updated on market, industry, and customer trends to provide valuable insights that drive improvements and innovation in delivering customer value.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently by ensuring optimal resource allocation and tracking expenditures.
- Prepare and analyze product performance reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or Pharmacy.
- 3-4 years of experience in Brand or Product Marketing.
- Experience in the FMCG or Beauty industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Data Literacy, 360° Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Market Research
