Job Description

- Formulate and implement marketing strategy execution plans and activities (promotions, advertising, campaigns, etc.) to enhance product awareness among target customers/markets.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on customer, market, and competitor profiles for each product or SKU to tailor product-centric campaigns to the target audience.
- Develop product-focused marketing initiatives based on research findings and business/brand priorities to boost product sales and elevate product profiles.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on brand, product, and campaign priorities for consistent brand and product representation across all channels.
- Foster positive relationships and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to drive towards business objectives.
- Monitor and assess the implementation of marketing programs and activities against predefined plans and objectives.
- Implement enhancements based on evaluation outcomes to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, General Management, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in the beauty and retail industry
- Proficiency in trade marketing, market research, and data analysis
