- Conduct market research to map market segments, identify target customer needs, and monitor emerging trends, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for strategic decision-making.
- Analyze research findings to support the development of comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies aimed at driving business growth.
- Implement product marketing strategies and activation campaigns, ensuring timely execution and tracking of key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value effectively to customers.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, attract leads, and drive customer growth.
- Stay informed about market, industry, and customer trends, providing actionable insights to foster innovation and improve customer value delivery.
- Prepare and evaluate product performance reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, recommend enhancements, and ensure efficient budget utilization.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or Pharmacy.
- 1–2 years of experience in brand or product marketing.
- Relevant experience in the FMCG or beauty industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, 360 Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Market Research.
