Job Description
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on creating strategic plans to boost sales based on data analysis.
- Lead product launch initiatives, including market research, product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with the R&D and brand teams to ensure product innovation and market relevance.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing campaigns.
- Manage cross-functional teams (sales & marketing) to ensure seamless product launch execution.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of products in the market, adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or brand management, ideally in the fragrance or similar industry.
- Proven track record of successful product launches, strategic marketing campaigns, and data-driven sales growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for beauty, fragrance, and makeup industries.
