Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Design Teams: Work closely with our talented UI/UX design teams to understand the value we bring to our prospective clients through exceptional design.
  2. Content Creation: Create compelling marketing content, including massive posts, social media updates, bechance and dribble updates, and promotional materials that highlight our design projects and expertise in Telegram and other platforms.
  3. Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media management, and SEO optimization to increase our agency's online visibility.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  5. Learning and Growth: Stay updated on industry best practices and design trends to contribute fresh ideas and approaches to our marketing strategies, and define feedback from all social media.

Requirements

Requirements:

  1. A basic understanding of UI/UX design principles, with a willingness to learn design concepts, is a plus.
  2. Familiarity with marketing tools such as Dribble, Behance, Dribe, social media management platforms, or email marketing software is a plus.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  4. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  5. Eagerness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
  6. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  1. Fresh graduates from vocational high school, diploma, and university with relevant majors.
  2. Willing to work with On-site in Malang.
  3. Experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
