Job Description
1. Operations & Execution
- Manage day-to-day operations on CMS for Virtual Gift and Live Shopping campaigns (uploading, scheduling, maintaining accuracy).
- Track campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly reporting.
- Support QA (quality assurance) for live campaigns to ensure seamless user experience.
2. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Campaign Support
- Assist in the creation and execution of GTM strategies for new features, promotions, or events.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to identify trends in gifting and live commerce.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to deliver marketing assets.
3. Creative Ideation & Content Support
- Brainstorm innovative ideas for gift packs, special campaigns, live shopping activations, and seasonal promotions.
- Propose creative ways to enhance user engagement through storytelling and gamification
Requirements
Education & Background
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Previous internship experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, OTT, or tech platforms is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Creative thinker with ability to brainstorm and execute unique campaign ideas.
- Strong interest in digital products, live streaming, virtual gifting, and e-commerce trends.
- Basic knowledge of Go-to-Market strategies, product marketing, or digital campaign management.
- Comfortable working with CMS platforms, and detail-oriented in managing operations.
- Analytical mindset with ability to read and interpret data for reporting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
