
Job Description
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with AI-first logistics operations, EV telematics, and e-commerce logistics growth.
- Own the end-to-end logistics experience (shipper, driver, and operations), working closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, business, operations).
- Manage and oversee the entire product development lifecycle: ideation, requirements, development, testing, launch, and post–go-live improvements.
- Drive AI-based product development by creating 10x better logistics products with AI-first technology, rigorous evaluations, clear guardrails, and structured rollout plans with human-in-the-loop oversight.
- Handle multiple product lines and client engagements across Southeast Asia and China, ensuring alignment of product delivery with business objectives.
- Champion EV telematics data to build fleet intelligence products (utilization monitoring, TCU/TCO optimization, and carbon savings).
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the product management team, fostering an innovation-driven and customer-centric culture.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and influence strategic decisions for logistics transformation.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of product management experience with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Passionate about and experienced in logistics, e-commerce logistics, or EV fleets.
- Proven track record of delivering AI-based products from concept to market.
- International experience will be preferred, especially exposure to Southeast Asia and China.
- Experience leading cross-functional product teams and scaling B2B or B2B2C products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex logistics and AI data into simple product experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Flexible and adaptable in fast-changing environments, with strong ownership and an execution mindset.
- Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus (Mandarin preferred).
