Job Description
- Support Product Lifecycle: Assist in defining, scoping, and managing the lifecycle of platform features, internal tools, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with engineering, design, and operations teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and track development progress.
- Analyze and Optimize: Conduct research and data analysis to identify pain points, propose improvements, and help optimize internal processes.
- Documentation & Communication: Help create clear product documentation, specifications, and updates for stakeholders.
- User Feedback: Gather user feedback from internal stakeholders and translate it into actionable product insights.
- Operational Support: Assist in onboarding new tools or systems, maintaining operational dashboards, and supporting platform reliability initiatives.
- Quality & Testing: Participate in UAT (user acceptance testing) and help validate the quality of new features or enhancements.
- Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce friction in internal operations.
Requirements
- Final year or Fresh graduates from Computer Science/Information System, Engineering, or Business degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in internal tools, platforms, or operations-focused product management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Bonus: experience with productivity tools, SQL, data analysis, or technical writing.
