Job Description
- Collaborate with Product Managers to develop and release product features aligned with the company's vision.
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and create reports to support product decision-making.
- Assist in the development of product roadmaps with a focus on customer needs and market trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to coordinate product development.
- Identify product issues and design creative solutions that meet business needs.
- Support testing activities and gather user feedback to refine the product.
- Help manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Create product documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong interest in digital products, technology, and user experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of product management, agile methodologies, and product development lifecycle.
- Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail and good time management.
- Experience using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Mixpanel) is a plus.
- Eager to learn and grow in the field of product management.
