Job Description
- Understanding how the credit system works and participating directly in local financial institutions on product audits or demos
- Work closely with other stakeholders and ensure clear communications via presentation materials or other forms
- Propose and initiate localized solutions for Indonesian user pain points, assist the local operations team in outputting product optimization requirements, and complete the implementation of operational strategies
- Know-how on conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and product requirement documents
- Oversee and work closely with internal teams to support product launches and go-to-market plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Product Management role
- Good communication in both spoken and written forms to facilitate discussion between stakeholders
- Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- Strong ownership and team spirit
