Job Description
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and a strategy that aligns with business needs
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that reflects stakeholder priorities and resource availability.
- User Experience: Advocate for the end-user by ensuring product usability and functionality meet customer expectations.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Design execute, and manage testing plans for new features and releases to ensure product quality and performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product updates, progress, and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within operations and drive initiatives to enhance product performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Master’s degree preferred.Proven experience as a Product Manager preferably in operations or a related field (3- years preferred).
- Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Candidate should have knowledge of basic coding
- Proficient speaking English and Mandarin
