Job Description
We are looking for a driven and analytical Product Management Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and optimization of internal tools and processes that enable commercial teams to operate efficiently. You will work closely with other product managers, product designers, commercial stakeholders, data analysts, and engineers to solve real business problems and improve commercial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in translating commercial team needs into product requirements by helping to create clear and actionable product documentations (PRDs, Flowcharts, etc)
- Supporting analysis for internal workflows related to the commercial team by identifying bottlenecks, ineffective process and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in testing new features/tools related to the commercial operations and ensuring the accuracy of business logic applied.
- Work cross functionally with other stakeholders to gather requirements and validate user pain points.
- Contribute in Sprint planning meetings and help track the progress of the initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Innovative, strong problem-solving skills and interest in internal tools, process optimization.
- Analytical mindset, data-driven and attention to detail; experienced with Excel, Google Sheets is a plus.
- Familiarity with product management principles and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to work cross function across the stakeholders (engineers, designers, business team).
- Interest in retail, supply chain, pricing is highly preferred.
