Job Description
Join us as a Product Manager, where you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how consumers discover and shop on our platform. This role is a unique opportunity to drive high-impact personalization, ML-powered discovery, and strategic fulfillment innovations, working closely with engineering, data, and commercial teams to build the next-generation shopping experience.
You will lead data-driven experimentation, ML-based product discovery, and high-impact partnerships, managing complex cross-functional projects that directly contribute to business growth.
Key job responsibilities
Product Strategy & Innovation
- Define and execute assortment discovery and personalization strategies.
- Drive strategic initiatives to create new growth channels and new fulfillment channels.
- Analyze customer behavior and business trends to inform product roadmap and prioritization.
Execution & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Translate vision into execution by developing clear PRDs and product specs for discovery, ML models, personalization, and partnerships.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations, and commercial teams to launch features at scale.
- Work closely with engineering teams to scope and oversee API integrations for partnership workflows.
- Ensure fast experimentation cycles using A/B testing and data-driven insights.
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
- Communicate regularly with senior management on product decisions, impact, and risks.
- Drive alignment between business and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Drive alignment with external partners (payment providers, logistics, vendors) to ensure seamless integration and operational success.
- Lead performance reviews to track progress, business impact, and future opportunities.
Requirements
Basic Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree with GPA > 3.2 from a reputable university.
- Minimum 4 years experience in managing products.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a high-paced startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort in navigating ambiguity.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and A/B testing to inform decision-making.
- Significant product/program management experience and demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and meet deadlines, while managing multiple projects.
- Fluent English skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Comfortable working with technical teams to shape data-driven features and experiments.
- Any of the following:
- Experience with personalization and recommender systems
- Experience working with external partners (e.g., payment providers, logistics, vendors) to negotiate terms and drive execution.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and technical workflows in payments, logistics, or marketplace operations.
