Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Assist in creating and refining product flows and features that meet both customer needs and business objectives, while managing the impacts it created to the user in internal management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and IT to gather insights and implement product improvements.
- Product Roadmap: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap, ensuring feature prioritization based on business impact and user feedback.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance data, using insights to suggest enhancements and measure success.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation such as product specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product management, project management, or IT business analysis, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
Skills:
- Experience in creating wireframes is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Jira and other product management tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding industry is a plus.
