- Menjadi representasi dari Business Owner dan Voice of Customer
- Berangkat dari user stories yang didasari oleh salah satu atau kombinasi metode riset yang mendalam seperti: customer-driven, data-driven, technology-driven, market-driven dan business-driven serta menuangkan dan mengolahnya dalam:
- Product Vision
- Product Roadmap (termasuk Sprint, Release Milestones, MVP, and/or OKR)
- Product Backlog (berdasarkan prioritas business yang adaptif)
- Menjadi bagian dari Agile/Scrum Team yang bertanggung jawab untuk:
- Sebagai translator antara Business Owner dengan Development Team
- Bersepakat dengan Development Team untuk menentukan Sprint Backlog dan Sprint Goal yang realistis namun tetap memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis berdasarkan Product Backlog, Kapasitas Dev. Team, Definiton of Done dan komitmen retrospective
- Hadir bila dibutuhkan oleh Development Team untuk memperjelas kebutuhan bisnis di dalam siklus Sprint
- Bertanggungjawab dalam melakukan akuntabilitas terhadap pekerjaan Development Team dengan kesesuaian dari kebutuhan bisnis yang sedang berjalan
- Melakukan Backlog Grooming/Refinement bila diperlukan
- Proaktif secara berkala dalam melaporkan progress pengembangan produk yang tervisualisasi kepada Business Owner dan Customer

- Starting from user stories that are based on one or a combination of in-depth research methods such as customer-driven, data-driven, technology-driven, market-driven, and business-driven and expressed and processed in:
- Product Vision
- Product Roadmap (including Sprint, Release Milestones, MVP, and/or OKR)
- Product Backlog (based on adaptive business priorities)
- Be part of an Agile/Scrum Team responsible for:
- As a translator between the Business Owner and the Development Team
- Agree with the Development Team to determine a realistic Sprint Backlog and Sprint Goal that still meets business needs based on the Product Backlog, and Dev Capacity. Team, Definition of Done and retrospective commitment
- Present when needed by the Development Team to clarify business needs in the Sprint cycle
- Responsible for carrying out accountability for the work of the Development Team following ongoing business needs
- Carrying out Backlog Grooming/Refinement if necessary
- Be proactive regularly in reporting visualized product development progress to Business Owners and Customers

QUALIFICATIONS
- Pengalaman di bidang Product Management/Project Management di perusahaan SaaS.
- Berkomunikasi dengan jelas, tepat sasaran dan efektif baik secara lisan maupun tulisan dalam bahasa Ingris dan juga bahasa Indonesia.
- Mampu membangun hubungan yang baik dengan customer dan development team
- Memiliki ownership yang kuat terhadap perusahaan dan produk
- Memahami Agile Mindset dan Scrum Framework
- Mampu memecahkan masalah kompleks dan mengidentifikasi use cases/solusi
- Mampu membuat prioritas secara efektif
- Mampu membuat design konseptual (minimal dalam materi high-level)
- Mampu membangun product knowledge yang mudah dimengerti oleh customer dan development team
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Pengalaman di bidang finance, akutansi, atau bidang sedekatnya seperti invoice, payment, revenue.
- Mahir menggunakan product management tools seperti JIRA, ClickUp, Notion, Trello etc.
- Mahir menggunakan analytic tools untuk membantu mengambil keputusan
- Memiliki sertifikasi profesi dibidang Product Management

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Product Management/Project Management in SaaS.
- Communicate clearly, on target, and effectively both orally and in writing
- Able to build good relationships with customers and the development team
- Have strong ownership of the company and products
- Understanding the Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework
- Able to solve complex problems and identify use cases/solutions
- Able to prioritize effectively
- Able to create conceptual designs (at least in high-level material)
- Able to build product knowledge that is easily understood by customers and the development team
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Domain knowledge in finance, accounting, or related fields such as invoicing, payments, and revenue
- Proficient in using product management tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, Notion etc.
- Proficient in using analytical tools to help make decisions
- Has professional certification in the field of Product Management
