Job Description
The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be part of the Growth Team. You will help the team build new digital product(s) and improve current features on our Mobile App and Internal Dashboard. You will be expected to be agile, hands-on and willing to hit the ground with a growth mindset. You'll get a huge room of growth and opportunity to show your skills as you will help ideate and create new digital products that customers love.
What You Will Do:
- You will enable FIT HUB digitally to be a health & wellness company
- Facilitate, manage and prioritize product backlog.
- Work closely with engineers, designers and researcher on developing new features/specs and driving execution.
- Analyze feature/experiment results and iterate.
- Generate problem statements to improve existing feature & to discover opportunities.
Requirements
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field is preferred.
- Passion for a product management role with at least 4 years of experience as a product manager
- Spirited and has the consistency to keep iterating
- effective communication skills
- Skilled at working with cross-functional groups to manage projects
- Experience in tech start-ups is an asset
- Passion and understanding in health and wellness area is a plus
