Job Description
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs.
- Gather and prioritize requirements, balancing customer value, feasibility, and business impact.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in digital products.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in roadmap planning, user research, and product analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
