Job Description
- Receive, clarify, and analyze business needs to develop clear and actionable problem statements.
- Develop a comprehensive product development roadmap, including resource requirements, proof of concept (POC) stages, and potential use of machine learning or other relevant technologies.
- Coordinate and oversee research and literature reviews to identify the latest technologies suitable for the business context and problem statement.
- Collaborate with and direct the Scrum Master during product development to ensure effective implementation aligned with the roadmap and timeline.
- Review and approve user-friendly visual designs (UI/UX) for product interfaces, as well as publication materials and release notes for product launches.
- Monitor product testing processes, address defects, and coordinate bug fixes to maintain product quality.
- Manage and control computer installations and development infrastructure, ensuring systems function effectively and meet project requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, assessing opportunities to adopt and implement innovative solutions within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have at experience minimum 7 years
- Proven experience in product development, project management, or related roles.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and modern software development practices is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
