Job Description

Develop and champion product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for IT solutions across diverse group companies (Retail, Manufacturing, F&B, Hospitality, Property).
Conduct market research and stakeholder analysis to define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable IT specifications.
Manage the full product lifecycle: ideation, planning, development, launch, and iteration, including backlog and user story management.
Act as the key liaison, fostering strong collaboration between business units (across varied industries) and IT development teams.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
Oversee product development within an agile framework, monitoring progress, managing risks, and leading launch activities.
Ensure creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation (requirements, specifications, user guides).
Define, track, and analyze key product metrics and user feedback for continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years as a Product Management, IT industry background highly preferred.
Experience or strong aptitude for working across multiple industries (Retail, Manufacturing, F&B, Hospitality, or Property is a plus).
Solid grasp of product management principles, agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs from varied sectors into clear product specifications and user stories.
Technical proficiency to effectively communicate with engineering teams and understand software/enterprise application concepts.
Strong business acumen with analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication (English & Bahasa Indonesia), presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing diverse groups.
Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and creating thorough product documentation.
