Job Description
- Develop and champion product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for IT solutions across diverse group companies (Retail, Manufacturing, F&B, Hospitality, Property).
- Conduct market research and stakeholder analysis to define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable IT specifications.
- Manage the full product lifecycle: ideation, planning, development, launch, and iteration, including backlog and user story management.
- Act as the key liaison, fostering strong collaboration between business units (across varied industries) and IT development teams.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
- Oversee product development within an agile framework, monitoring progress, managing risks, and leading launch activities.
- Ensure creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation (requirements, specifications, user guides).
- Define, track, and analyze key product metrics and user feedback for continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Business Process Improvement (BPI), preferably within a software product company, tech startup, or software house.
- Demonstrated strong technical acumen, including a solid understanding of software development principles and the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience in software development or a highly technical IT role is highly preferred.
- Solid grasp of product management principles and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs from varied sectors into clear product specifications, user stories, and comprehensive product documentation.
- Strong business acumen, coupled with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with standard product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
