Product Management Intern

1. Anti-Piracy Operations

• Collaborate with Engineering and Anti-Piracy teams to support content protection initiatives.
• Assist in identifying content piracy using forensic watermarking technology.
• Analyze watermark data to trace sources of unauthorized content distribution.
• Document investigation findings and escalate cases to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain and update anti-piracy tracking logs and reports to ensure data accuracy.

2. Playback Monitoring

• Monitor playback performance through internal dashboards to detect anomalies and system issues.
• Evaluate playback quality across devices, regions, and content types.
• Identify and escalate playback issues to the Engineering team for resolution.
• Maintain logs of recurring incidents to support trend analysis and continuous improvement.

3. Product Development & Planning

• Identify operational issues and inefficiencies through daily monitoring and analysis.
• Translate insights into structured product artifacts such as Epics and User Stories.
• Define clear acceptance criteria to support efficient development execution.
• Support the preparation and participate in Iteration Planning Meetings (IPM) with cross-functional teams.

4. Operations & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Develop an understanding of end-to-end video workflows, including ingestion, encoding, and publishing.
• Utilize the Content Management System (CMS) to support operational needs.
• Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and process improvements.
