Job Description
How you will make an impact:
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Conduct market and user research to make recommendations and ensure that we are building the right things for our customers.
- Ensure the product roadmap is strategically prioritized and aligned with the company vision.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Groom and prioritize product backlog with the engineering team.
- Track and monitor customer usage using analytical tools to develop insights for product continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you need to have:
- 1-3 years experience in product management, management consulting, data analytics or software development
- Experience in fintech or edutech will be a big plus.
- Bachelor/Master degree majoring in engineering, business, or related fields
- Entrepreneurial and high degree of intellectual curiosity
- Excellent communication (Bahasa & English), data analysis, and strategic thinking skills
