Job Description

As the Product Lead for Campaign for Good, you will lead the development of the world’s first Community Vetting Platform that helps program owners make decisions with the community, not for them. You will own the strategic and hands-on development of our platform, which powers community vetting for grants, awards, incubators, and accelerators across regions and sectors.

Your work will directly support how Program Owners shortlist applicants, how supporters complete meaningful actions, and how Campaign for Good verifies and summarises these actions into transparent, trustworthy, ranked insights.

This role combines product strategy, UX thinking, prototyping, AI-assisted workflows, and tight collaboration with the dev team.

This is a high-ownership IC role that is ideal for someone who can think strategically and execute end-to-end, from flows to prototypes to delivery.

Why Join Campaign for Good?

Campaign for Good is on a decade-long journey to unlock the power of community intelligence. We are building the Best Community Vetting Platform adopted by program owners globally, ensuring decisions are transparent, participatory, verified, and rooted in real community support.

If you want to build a product that sits at the intersection of technology, trust, and community-led decision making, this role is for you.

Job Description

1. Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the full product roadmap across all surfaces: App → Web-App → Program Owner Campaign Pages → SaaS Platform.
  • Align all product decisions with our Community Vetting flow (Program Owner → Shortlisted Applicants → Supporters → Verified Results).
  • Define product success metrics tied to verified engagement, platform reliability, and partner outcomes.
  • Translate real-world use cases (grants, awards, incubators, accelerators) into scalable, reusable product components.
  • Conduct competitive/industry scans to strengthen our leadership as the first Community Vetting Platform.

2. UX, Prototyping & Product Design

  • Lead product discovery through user needs, pain points, and opportunity mapping.
  • Create UX flows, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes directly in Figma.
  • Prepare clear, structured product documentation for dev implementation.
  • Ensure platform UX is intuitive for Program Owners, Applicants, Supporters, and internal teams.

3. Execution & Delivery

  • Manage sprints, backlogs, iteration cycles, and QA with the dev team.
  • Ensure high accuracy of action verification and stable platform performance.
  • Support continuous improvements based on platform metrics, feedback, and partner insights.
  • Apply agile processes for fast learning and high-quality execution.

4. AI-Native Product Development

  • Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate User research, Flow exploration, Prototyping, Documentation, and QA scenario generation.
  • Explore AI-assisted verification and insight capabilities (aligned with our AI strategic pillar).

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Partnerships Team to ensure strong alignment between product features and partner use cases.
  • Collaborate with the Programs and Ops teams to ensure Community Vetting cycles run smoothly (setup → onboarding → verification → reporting).
  • Communicate concepts, trade-offs, and decisions clearly across the fully remote team.
  • Champion user needs, verified signals, and community insights in all decisions.

Requirements

Experience

  • 5+ years in Product Management or Product Design (web apps, mobile apps, and websites)
  • 2+ years of experience building or managing SaaS platforms
  • Proven experience shipping and improving customer-facing digital products, with clear examples.
  • Experience designing or managing multi-step workflows or platforms with multiple user roles.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex processes (e.g., multi-stage selection, verified actions, rankings).
  • Hands-on ability to create flows, wireframes, and low-fi prototypes directly in Figma.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using product analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, analytics tools, documentation systems, and collaboration platforms.
  • AI-native working style — using AI to speed up research, UX, prototyping, writing, and QA.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience with:
  • vetting platforms or public voting
  • evaluation systems
  • reputation or scoring systems
  • grant/award/incubator workflows
  • Social impact tech or civic tech experience.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven evaluation or moderation.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and multicultural UX.
