Job Description
- Responsible for (a more complex) product development process from scratch until the product is ready to be sold in the market in a timely manners
- Coordinate with various department (Legal, QC, Procurement, etc) on aspect needed for product development
- Align with operational team on new product launch preparation & launching
- Source necessary supplier and negotiate terms & conditions, pricing, and payment arrangements with suppliers
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure dependable sources of quality, quantity, and delivery specifications
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in product innovation & development, research & development, or related role
- Bachelor Degrees in Food Business and Technology or related field
- A team player who are able to communicate clearly
- Have analytical thinking, data analysis & business acumen with customer centric
- Creative thinking and able to contribute innovative ideas
- Strong project management and multitasking ability
