Job Description
- Drive product launches including working with public relation team, executives, and other product management team members.
- Build good relationship with Principals and customers.
- Create training and coaching program for product and sales team.
- Identify KOL and Working together with Principal to utilize the strategy with KOL.
- Planning product promotions and controlling the use of costs for product promotion.
- Control and Maintain selling price of the product together with the sales team.
- Ensure and working together with sales team that the sales targets for responsible product that have been set can be achieved.
- Assist in AR billing follow up
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree in Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Laboratory or any major.
- Having at least 3 years experiences in handling:
- IPC & Neuromodulation products.
- Critical Care products.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (esp.: Excel, Power Point).
- Good negotiation, presentation, leadership & communication skill.
- Precise, detail, and self-motivated.
- Able to work under pressure.
