Job Description
1. User Engagement
Support the development and optimization of features that improve user retention and session frequency
Analyze user behavior across the funnel (onboarding, content discovery, watch time, etc.)
Assist in designing experiments (A/B testing) to improve engagement metrics
Collaborate with design and content teams to enhance user experience
2. Monetization
Support initiatives related to engagement (gifting, shopping affiliate, etc) and ads
Help identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and revenue per user
3. Data & Insights
Gather and interpret data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
Translate data insights into actionable product recommendations
4. Product Execution
Assist in writing product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories
Support backlog prioritization and product planning
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with data tools (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Understanding of product management concepts
- Interest in streaming, media, or entertainment platforms
- Understanding of digital monetization models (subscriptions, ads, in-app purchases, gifting, shopping affiliate, etc)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
