PT. United Family Food is a confectionery company; committed to continuously serve the best products and service to our customers. We are looking for talented and passionate members to become part of Unifam as Product Development Staff.
🚀 What You’ll Do:
- Develop new formula for NPD project and an improvement formula for the existing product on the laboratory scale.
- Collaboration with the manufacture team to scale up lab formulation into production scale.
- Check and assess ingredients from suppliers that suitable for development of the project.
- Collaboration with the manufacture team in term of improvement process or commissioning new machine.
- Provide process technology input for new product.
Requirements
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology or any related major.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in product development, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.
- Previous experience handling confectionery or ready-to-meal products is a strong plus.
- Proficient in conducting product trials, shelf-life testing, and quality control.
- Have knowledge and skilled in halal assurance system, quality management system and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Willing to work both in office and factory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
