Job Description
- Prepare and develop new product concepts
- Create and implement marketing plans to build brand awareness and support brand image
- Conduct research for marketing and product/brand development strategies, including brand awareness, marketing activities, and digital marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support brand image and awareness
- Responsible for branding, positioning, and launching products
Requirements
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Strong product and brand development knowledge, planning and strategy, market research, promotions (ATL & BTL), brand communication, and digital marketing
- Understanding of product and process development, with the ability to follow New Product Development processes
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills
- Proficient in computer literacy and technologically savvy
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Placement at the Head Office in Jakarta
