- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance product development and portfolio, addressing both target market and business needs.
- Analyze research results to strengthen product strategy, product roadmap, and marketing strategy, including product positioning, unique selling propositions, and product delivery systems for new products.
- Stay updated on competitor and industry trends to foster innovative ideas and maintain market competitiveness.
- Assist in developing marketing and product knowledge materials for new products.
- Collaborate with various departments and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
- Monitor all new product launches to ensure timely execution, delivery, and track post-launch progress.
- Support the creation of launch materials for new products to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure all administrative needs for product development activities are met to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry.
- 1-2 years of experience in product development; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong interest in cosmetic/skincare products.
- Proficient in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Project Management.
