Job Description
What You’ll Do :
Product Development & Strategy
- Develop and manage the product roadmap
- Create new product concepts, from initial ideas and prototypes to final specifications
- Improve and refine existing products to enhance quality and performance
Quality & Production
- Define product quality standards and metrics for factories and QC teams
- Oversee prototype development and initial production batches to ensure alignment with approved designs
- Lead regular design reviews and defect discussions
- Analyze product complaints and determine appropriate solutions
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with the Marketing team on product positioning and storytelling
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors during product development and improvement processes
- Lead, guide, and develop team members within the Product & Quality function

Requirements
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience in product development, product management, or quality-related roles
- Familiar with production processes and working with suppliers
- Strong attention to detail and product quality
- Structured problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Willing to be hands-on, especially during development and quality control stages
- Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, or lifestyle products, along with experience in defect analysis and continuous improvement, will be an advantage
