Job Description
- Monitor the completeness and accuracy of metadata across VOD, TV, FTA, and sports content on a daily and weekly basis.
- Review and ensure metadata quality for upcoming content (including CPP and FTA) in accordance with platform standards.
- Analyze search no content results to identify gaps and improve content discoverability.
- Track and evaluate user journey for newly released content, including homepage placement, search visibility, and related content (e.g., Similar CPP).
- Conduct post-release performance analysis (H+7) and monitor key product metrics such as search relevancy and homepage performance.
- Collaborate with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to execute ad-hoc requests related to metadata and content tagging.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of AI/automation systems for content taxonomy and metadata optimization.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Google Sheets and/or other data analysis tools.
- Basic understanding of metadata, content taxonomy, and digital content workflows.
- Ability to interpret product dashboards and metrics is a plus.
- Familiarity with automation or AI-driven processes is an advantage.
Soft Skills
- High attention to detail, especially in reviewing metadata and content structures.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and explore new solutions.
