Job Description
- Work closely with Product Development team to gain insight NPD, NPL, & existing product.
- Assist Product Development team in preparing New Product Development process
- Assist Product Development team in conducting necessary insights through market surveys, focus group discussions (FGDs), and the product testing process
- Assist Product Development team by preparing samples for market surveys, product testing, or focus group discussions (FGDs).
- Help document product development progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from a science background
- Have a great interest in cosmetics products & beauty industy in general: update with the latest beauty trends
- Social media savvy and have a great interest in beauty in digital platforms
- Able to work as a team member as well as individual basis
- Has an active personality, strong analytical thinking, and good communication skills.
- Able to work under tight schedules and deadlines.
- Able to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing
- Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months
