Job Description
- Helping Product Team to Design and develop syllabus for our workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Create comprehensive Terms of Reference (ToR) for speakers and trainers to ensure clarity on objectives and expectations
- Conduct thorough literature reviews and in-depth interviews with Aksoro’s users or customers to continuously improve program quality based on real insights and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product promotion and execution strategies.
Requirements
- Final year student from Management, Business, or a related major.
- Previous intern experience as product development, particularly within the education or training sector will be poin plus.
- Strong research skills, with a passion for uncovering insights and trends to drive innovation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration with team.
- Willing to work at Yogyakarta / WFO.
