Job Description
- Conduct research on proposed skincare product development idea
- Create a new product concept through in-depth research based on the market trends
- Coordinate with the team regarding laboratory, pilot process, and production scale trials
- Coordinate to complete development the product formulation in accordance with applicable regulations and BPOM registration
- Responsible in a product development project and whole product innovation process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major. Preferably in pharmacy, chemical, and related fields
- Having experience in the beauty would be advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and attention to details
- Deep understanding of product planning, implementation, research and development
- Having the ability to innovate and think creatively in product development
