Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences in the food and beverages sector.
- Develop and test new product concepts, ensuring they meet quality standards and consumer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operation and people development, to bring new products to market.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support product development and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, food safety standards, and technological advancements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
- Utilize culinary skills to create and refine recipes and formulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in product development, research, or a relevant role within the food and beverages industry.
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to cook and demonstrate various techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in using research tools and software.
- Creative mindset with a passion for food and innovation.
