Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Research market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop products aligned with Kavela’s brand.
- Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and marketing teams for packaging and branding.
- Oversee end to end product development timelines
- Ensure all products meet regulatory standards and Kavela’s quality benchmarks.
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skill for brainstorming with related team based on the ideation needs of the product
Requirements
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
- 1-2 years of experience in product development, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of ingredients and trends
