Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end product design process, including user research, prototyping, UI/UX design, and usability testing.
- Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency with established brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business requirements into effective product solutions.
- Create intuitive, user-centered, and visually engaging digital experiences using industry-standard design tools.
- Conduct design iterations based on user feedback, testing results, and product requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Designer (UI/UX).
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end product design process, from user research and prototyping to design and testing.
- Experience in developing and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Previous experience in the financial industry is preferred. Experience as a Product Manager is a plus.
