Job Description

Campaign for Good is looking for a mission-driven Product Designer to join our Product Development team as we build the world’s leading Community Vetting platform.

You will translate complex social processes into intuitive, trustworthy digital experiences, owning the design lifecycle from discovery to execution. You will work closely with our Development team to ensure designs are scalable, feasible, and aligned with our strategy.

We operate as a lean, AI-native organisation, and we are looking for someone accountable, strategic, and driven to build products that strengthen transparency and community-led decision-making.

As a Product Designer, you will own the user experience from concept to launch. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-End Execution: Own the full product design lifecycle, from initial discovery and problem definition to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoff.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the Product Dev Team to define product strategy, roadmap, and features, and to balance user needs with technical feasibility and business strategy.
  • User Research & Validation: Collaborate with the Product Dev team and other cross-functional teams to jointly conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing, gathering actionable insights to validate design decisions.
  • Prototyping & Mapping: Develop user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design logic and secure stakeholder alignment early in the process.
  • Design System Architecture: Take the lead in building, maintaining, and refining Campaign’s Design System to ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and improved engineering efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance & Iteration: Conduct thorough design reviews to maintain quality standards and iterate on live features based on data analytics and user feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a focus on optimizing live products and standardizing delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability or willingness to integrate AI into your daily workflow to improve quality and speed
  • Familiarity with remote working and task management tools (JIRA, Slack, Google Workspace).
  • Expert proficiency in Figma. Ability to bridge the gap between design and code-focused constraints of the Product & Tech Lead.
  • Solid understanding of data-driven design, utilizing metrics and user feedback to guide continuous improvement.
  • A "Champion" mindset—aligned with our vision and accountable for delivering measurable results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
  • A genuine passion for the social sector. Requirement: Download the Campaign for Good App and complete a challenge that resonates with your mission.
  • A strong portfolio featuring comprehensive case studies that demonstrate not just visual UI skills, but your problem-solving process, business logic, and the impact of your designs.
  • Download Campaign for Good App on App Store/Play Store & complete any challenges that resonate with your personal social mission.
