Job Description
- Create outstanding UX and UI, balancing creativity with practicality, ensuring delightful user experience while meeting business goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, sketches, proposals and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma.
- Own the product design process from concept, through discovery to final delivery.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, writers, and engineers to collaborate on planning and ensure scamless implementation of designs.
- Champion data-driven decision-making, translating usage data, feedback and experimentation result into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experiences as Product Designer or UI/UX Designer
- Proficiency using variety of design tools (e.g. Adobe CC, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Jira, Trello etc), Knowledgeable of microinteractions in use (on mobile, web, desktop, etc), and have nuanced views on how to make many of them even better.
- Good knowldge about Design System, Library kit, Atomic Design Methodology (Would be good)
- Have good interpersonal and communication skill
