Job Description
- Template Design & Development: Act as the main contributor to build our public template library. Design high-quality, modular, and customizable automation templates for various industries and use cases (e.g., eCommerce support, lead qualification, appointment booking).
- Case Study Development: Create compelling, data-driven case studies that showcase successful customer implementations and the business impact of our templates.
- Enablement & Documentation: Produce clear guides, workflow diagrams, and documentation to enable both customers and internal teams (sales, marketing, support) on how to use and customize each template.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to align template development with the platform's roadmap and advocate for features that enhance template capabilities.
- Market Insight: Analyze customer needs and industry trends to ensure our template library is innovative, competitive, and solves real-world business problems.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in workflow automation design, product enablement, or a similar role.
- Proven experience designing and building complex automated workflows or templates on any major platform.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, customer journey mapping, and logic flow.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with a talent for documenting complex processes simply.
- Demonstrated success in creating reusable digital assets like templates, workflows, or automation scripts.
- A strong product mindset; you understand user pain points and can design elegant solutions.
- Experience in a SaaS, B2B, or customer success environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.
- Ability to write fluent English.
- Willing to work from office (WFO).
