Job Description
Research
• Support the planning and execution of product research.
• Conduct interviews, desk research, and data collection.
• Analyze research findings and present actionable insights.
Design
• Assist in gathering and documenting detailed product documentation.
• Translate user and stakeholder needs into clear product requirement documents.
Development
• Test and validate features during development.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and developers to set up communication flows (e.g., WhatsApp-based reporting systems).
Post-Launch
• Track product usage and performance through metrics and user feedback.
• Identify bugs or areas for enhancement.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science or any related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in project development or product management is a plus.
• Domain Interest: Demonstrated interest in public health AI applications.
Expected Professional Competencies
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of APIs integration; familiarity with data analysis and AI concepts.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; able to turn ambiguous challenges into clear requirements.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with an ability to work across product, engineering, and program teams.
• Proactivity: Shows initiative in identifying product gaps and suggesting improvements based on data and user feedback.
• Attention to Detail: Thorough in documentation, testing, and tracking of product metrics.
