Job Description
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define the product features to be developed
- Support the collection and analysis of customer insights and market trends to improve product quality
- Assist in the testing of ideas, prototypes, and features by the product team
- Help in the creation of product artifacts such as product specification documents, diagrams, and wireframes
- Assist in backlog management, product delivery, handling technical issues, and platform migration to achieve business goals
Requirements
Key criteria
- Educational background in IT, engineering, software development, computer science, information systems, or related fields
- Passion for and familiarity with digital product development
- Strong sense of ownership, high curiosity, a get-things-done attitude, team player, and the ability to articulate arguments both verbally and in writing
- Ability to understand and process data using supporting tools such as spreadsheet programs (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Strong documentation and diagramming skills in both Indonesian and English
Required qualifications
Bachelor degree in IT, engineering, software development, computer science, information systems, or related fields
Preferred experience
- Internship experience with a product team at a technology company
- Experience and knowledge in the financial technology (fintech) sector, especially lending and P2P
