Job Description
1. Product & Requirement Development
- Build and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) translating business goals into structured process flows, technical requirements, and business logic.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (from Sales Team, Claim, Underwriting, to Operations) to align requirements, ensuring feasibility and alignment with company strategy.
- Support product enhancement and system improvement through clear requirement documentation.
2. End-to-End Project Management
- Drive project execution from ideation to launch, ensuring quality delivery, timeliness, and impact.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders (internal and external) and facilitate effective communication between Business/Sales, Technical Functions (from Claim, Underwriting, to Operations), and Engineering teams.
- Identify risks, manage change, and maintain alignment with business priorities.
3. Process Improvement & Optimization
- Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose scalable improvements.
- Design optimized workflows that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Support process automation and system enhancement initiatives.
4. Data Analysis & Strategic Insights
- Conduct data processing and analysis to uncover key insights for product and business decisions.
- Support the reporting and presentations to communicate findings clearly.
5. Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
- Execute ad-hoc or high-impact projects driven by management priorities from product innovation to business transformation.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic direction.
- Support leadership in shaping and implementing strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in (add any phrasal verbs that indicate either one) product, business analysis, project management, or strategy-related roles.
- Prior exposure to financial services, insurance, or fintech is a plus, but not required.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end projects and coordinating across business and technical functions.
- Strong analytical foundation and data-driven decision-making mindset.
