Job Description
- Coordinate with Product Development Section Head in preparing development strategy and product requirement document (PRD) as a requirement for product development.
- Carry out product development and ensure product development align with timeline and development plan
- Responsible to conduct testing for every product development
- Monitor and evaluate product to ensure product run without any problem / issue
- Collaborate with Data Analyst to analyze customer feedback, market research, and data performance to gain insight in making decision / solution for develop product
- Creating report to give an update of product development progress and result to management and any others stakeholder
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree in any Major, preferred Industrial Engineering and Business
- Min 2 years of experience in product analyst, product development or business analyst
- Experience in apps / website product is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills, logical and critical thinking
- Able to think creatively and innovatively for product development
- Strong communication skills, able to drive complicated discussions and coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders
- Result oriented, fast learner and possess a strong sense of ownership
- Willing to adapt with ambiguity and agile environment
- Proficient in using Ms. Office, preferred excel and power point
