Job Description
PT. United Family is a confectionery company; committed to continuously serve the best products and service to our customers. We are looking for talented and passionate members to become part of Unifam as Procurement Staff.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a search for goods and services with the most competitive pricing, while ensuring the best service and quality.
- Create purchase orders and monitor delivery times to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Review and evaluate purchasing processes and vendor performance to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with administrative requirements in procurement operations.
- Ensure that purchasing records are properly maintained.
- Work cooperatively within a team and with other divisions to provide quality support services.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing Communication, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Expertise in project management and problem-solving.
- Intermediate proficiency in both oral and written English.
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
