Job Description
- Coordinate purchase activities fulfill all Department's requirement for operational
- Handling purchase material , equipment, parts, fuel based on appropriate rules
- Sourcing for vendors continuosly
- Request pricing for tender, negotiate and recommend the purchase based on price, TOP,TOD, etc
- Audit and review vendor performance
- Check and monitor delivery process
- Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as and when is required
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years working experience in the related field
- Good communication skill and analytical thinking
- Fluent in English, verbal and writing
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Preferable familiar with ERP system especially SAP, Export& Import
