Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Developing and planning procurement program and/or activities to improve process, coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, and vendor / supplies
- Provide periodic report to direct supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to procurement activities
- Perform activities related to quality Management System
- Record and maintain all documents related to procurement programs
- Manage procurement income from all lease in related with certain unit
- Ensure the completeness of all data/records of payment and coordinate it with finance directorate
- Build and maintain relationships with key vendors in order to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process
Requirements
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree from Information Technology/Information System from reputable university
- Have experience for min. 3 years as IT Project Management (as a Project Manager or team member)
- Skilled or experience in Project related with IT will be advantage
- Good proficiency in written & spoken English
