Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Developing and planning procurement program and/or activities to improve process, coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, and vendor / supplies
Provide periodic report to direct supervisor
Suggest improvement process related to procurement activities
Perform activities related to quality Management System
Record and maintain all documents related to procurement programs
Manage procurement income from all lease in related with certain unit
Ensure the completeness of all data/records of payment and coordinate it with finance directorate
Build and maintain relationships with key vendors in order to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process

Requirements

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree from Information Technology/Information System from reputable university
Have experience for min. 3 years as IT Project Management (as a Project Manager or team member)
Skilled or experience in Project related with IT will be advantage
Good proficiency in written & spoken English
