Job Description
- Perform daily checks of Purchase Requisitions (PR) in the system for packaging material needs (carton boxes, labels, and other packaging materials).
- Prepare draft Purchase Orders (PO) based on PR requirements under the guidance of the Packaging Procurement Category Analyst.
- Collect and update market price data for packaging materials to support pricing analysis and negotiation activities.
- Monitor and update PO status, delivery schedules, and outstanding orders for packaging materials.
- Compile vendor quotations and assist in preparing commercial analysis.
- Support the preparation of Quotation Comparison Forms (QCF) and distribution lists for tender or RFQ processes.
- Maintain and update the packaging vendor database, including pricing, lead time, and material specifications.
- Provide administrative support for procurement activities related to sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and vendor management.
Requirements
- Open to all majors (final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome).
- Available for a full 6-month internship period.
- Able to commit fully to the internship schedule with sufficient availability during working hours.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with data and numbers.
- Strong administrative skills and ability to handle document-based processes accurately.
- Good analytical thinking skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis.
- Good communication skills to support coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Interested in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management processes.
- High level of diligence, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
