Job Description
- Manage end-to-end procurement execution: from purchase request to payment support.
- Obtain and compare quotations, ensuring best value and vendor compliance.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) with complete supporting documentation.
- Ensure all procurement requests follow the company’s approval matrix and budget allocation (project and G&A).
- Coordinate vendor registration, update supplier database, and perform due diligence with the legal department.
- Track order and delivery status, ensuring goods/services are received and confirmed before payment.
- Work closely with Finance for invoice verification, GR/Proof of Service, and payment scheduling.
- Maintain organized records of quotations, POs, contracts, and delivery documents for audit and control.
- Support monthly reporting on procurement activities, spend tracking, and vendor performance.
- Liaise with project managers and department heads to ensure timely procurement aligned with project timelines and operational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally in a technology, consulting, or service company.
- Good understanding of quotation comparison, purchase order, and payment processes.
- Familiar with vendor registration and internal control procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/accounting tools
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
